Hi everybody [:)]
I've bought myself a 1987 Porsche 944 with 118000 miles on the clock, burgendy in colour and needing some minor fetteling to get back on the road again.
I previously owned a 944 Lux for 11 years and I sold it 5 years ago with regret. I have also broke/dismantled roughly 30 of them up until about 7 years ago from home, supplying and hopefully keeping many on the road including mine at the time.
I Am now looking to enjoy and meet other enthusiasts with the Porsche passion.
I also own a Morris Minor convertible aswell as a Morris Traveller that I rebuilt the wood work on so as you can see, I have a passion for old cars.
I look forward to meeting many of you in the future.

Hi Cococola,
Nice looking car, I like that colour combination. You don't say where you are, but if you contact your local PCGB organiser (contact details on the website under Regions) I'm pretty sure you'd be welcome to a meeting as guest to see if you'd like to join the Club - now that physical meetings are starting up again. That's the best way to meet other enthusiasts and get the best from your ownership. Whether you do or not, welcome to the forum!

Hi Steve, I'm in the West Midlands so I will certainly look to join the club and meet up locally [:)]Thank you for your kind comments, I do love the burgendy colour and I'm going to get the sills painted the same colour instead of the black.

Hi Cococola, I'm near Tewkesbury and i dont know where that is ! Neither do PCGB as i am attached to Herford and Worcs, also Gloucester and also PCGB region at Moreton. I actually live in Worcestershire by about 1/2 a mile but have a Gloucester postcode. I had similar issues with MGOC and MGCC who didn't know which region to attach me to.
I've also recently re-joined the 944 fraternity with a Marashino red Metallic Turbo code LY3V/LY3V --/BP. which is very similar to your colour .... maybe a bit darker with wine pinstripe upholstery
