I've just bought a 944 cabriolet

Hi I've just bought a 1990 g plate cabriolet 944 s2 in guards red !! Ive always loved them and 911's when growing up and just wanted to know if they are good cars ?? I already own a 996 c2 and absolutely love it !! But don't know much about the 994's so any advice / feedback would be much appreciated:))).
 
Good morning, I have owned my S2 cab for a little over two years, it is late 90 car with now only 53000 miles. It is amazing and I love it to bits. There are so many things we could all say about these cars, so fire away your questions and we all will eagerly reply.In particular, many replies will help with essential maintenance and " whats this for " . Enjoy.
 
Welcome, yes had my cab for over 7 years and no problems, odd little gremlin now and again, but never anything serious. Just drove to Honfleur in France from Lincoln to Southampton via the tunnel 1060 miles and it didn't miss a beat.

No, I don't normally go to any of the R4 events. I have only seen a white 944 around Lincoln a couple of times, yours maybe? I'm over at Waddington.
