I've lost my squirt!

The passenger side windscreen washers work fine, good strong jets onto the windscreen so no problems there. However the drivers side jets seem to dribble out and don't even hit the screen.
I've used a long thin pin to try and clear any blockage, but it doesn't seem to be blocked. Under the bonnet, I noticed some power going to the jets but assumed that was a heater mechanism rather than a mini pump for the jets.

Any thoughts on how I can get my squirt back? TIA.

Thanks will check that out.

So where does the pump sit. I presume if it works for one it should work for the other thus it must be in the delivery of the water that is the issue.

Yes, if one works then the pump is fine & it's a physical rather than electrical problem.

The pump is at the bottom of the washer reservoir, you can see it if you pop up the headlights. If you have headlamp washers there is a second pump for that but as already gathered the problem is in the bonnet of yours, either with the Y joint, the tube after the Y joint, or the jets.

There are one way check valves connected to the pipes under the bonnet that are prone to siezing up - you can get new ones from your OPC.

What a coincidence,I've just lost "my squirt" and ordered new check valves this am after spending sometime yesterday stripping everything out .
The nos are "T" valve(drivers side if RHD) 914 628 433 00
