Hi Everyone

Just a reminder that its Club night at the Old Ferryboat this Wednesday the 13th January 2010.

As previously published I expect this Club night to be a low key affair since I hope to see you at the Christmas Lunch just four days after on Sunday the 17th January 2010. Your committee will be meeting on Club night to put together the events schedule for the Region for 2010. If you fancy coming to Club night for a Pie, Pint and natter please do so but we will not be doing a News at Ten etc. We would much prefer that you join us for the Christmas Lunch and launch of our Charity 2010/2011 appeal.

Christmas Lunch is a ticket only event. We all ready have fifty plus for the Christmas Lunch and if you would like to join us please contact me since we still have a few spaces.

So, see you at the Ferryboat this Wednesday evening or the folowing Sunday.
Its also more good news for Ferryboat diners but no so good for those on a diet. The special offer on meal deals will be in force on Club night.

John Dunn
RO Region 24 and Committee.

PLEASE READ

P.S. I visited the Ferryboat yesterday to make the final arrangements for our Christmas lunch. I am pleased to be able to report that the roads were clear up to the point of turning down the Lane from Needingworth to Hollywell. This had a light covering of snow but was easily accessable with care.
However, should the weather take a turn for the worse I may need to make a decision to cancel. Please keep opening your e mails and look at the PCGB forum to keep up to date.
