Judder over 4000 rpm.

Ive noticed that when Im accelerating hard, inbetween 4000 and 5000 rpm I get a slight judder like the car is not pulling as smooth as it should be, and feels like its being slowed down. About 2 months ago I had Bob watson engineering replace my front diff with a reconditioned unit. Could this be a factor? I dont know what the problem is but it is deffinatly hampering the performance. WHAT NOW!!![:mad:]

Possibly a plug, common on a 996 Turbo
 
To my knowlege they never did a 993 turbo tiptronic. So mine is most definatly manual.

TO RS4 STEVO, ive been told the same thing by a mechanic friend, so I will check it out, cheers.
