July open day and BBQ

Does anyone know when to arrive.

I sent an email to register attendance as per instructions in June PP and asked the same question.

Not heard anything yet.

I also asked if you were coming on your own and of course had no reply from you on this either so you are down as just one person attending. Thanks Geoff and Harriet for the replies, don't know what happened to the email but all resolved now.

Well done Harriet, Tony, Mavis and Geoff and all your helpers. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out on Sunday. The BBQ was well received and also the salad and various pasta dishes, all home cooked by Harriet and Mavis were delicious. Look forward to hearing the band again soon too.
