The June meeting will start at 19:30 hours prompt, usual venue Red Lion, Northop.

The aim is to get the regional formaliotes out of the way by 8pm, and have a drive out via the Horseshoe Pass to Llangollen.

Hope everyone got home without incident - the rain heading back north from the horsheshoe pass was awful - a kind oncoming motorist completely drowned me in Llandegla (thankfully i was only doing about 15mph due to the flooded road), and Treuddyn was interesting, trying to dodge the raging torrents across the streets !!

I couldn't believe the weather last night on the way home! Awful, hope everyone made it ok! Thank goodness for Zenons and four wheel drive!, Shame about the 996 wipers though, lol
We tip toed home at about 15 mph all the way. Son was fast asleep within ten minutes of leaving. It was abit late for him on a school night!

Good to see everyone again, and nice to see a few new people!

Real sorry for not turning up. Somethng came up last minute and I couldnt make it. But based on the weather it didnt look like I missed much.

See ya next time though ;)

You missed a belter Berny- lovely drive out, just wished i'd had the camera cos there were some really moody shots to be taken of all the silver cars and their headlights offset against the black skies.

Sorry we didn't make it either, conditions when i left work made me think the engine should have been an out board one! sorry to say when i got home there i stayed. Pleased those that made it had an enjoyable evening. Dave, I was hoping you had taken some pic's!
Drive safely

Hi Paul and Val, many thanks for your kind hospitality, good to meet some new people which look like new friends, had an interesting drive home, I really need to get some new tyres on the back[&:], Jayne held her breath for about an hour till we got home[;)]. But no problems. [8D] Nice to see some great cars, look forward to meeting you again hopefully with some better weather.
All the best Scott and Jayne ~ Llandudno.

looking at Eddies xenons and bright silver paintwork against the black skies in my rear view mirrors i wish i had the camera with me - could have got some magazine quality shots i reckon :(

Happy to oblige [:D]

Our journey home was somewhat interesting with the rain. So much for the nice clean car that left earlier that evening and no dry evenings between then and the weekend to wash it before the PCGB Brize Norton event on the Staurday...Oh well!
