Just acquired a 1974 911 restoration project

Hi all. Here's my barn find and money-pit project for the upcoming months. It's a 1974 911 Targa RHD in original spec. 118K miles. Rust in all the usual places, so I'm going for a full glass and engine out body restore and paint. This is my first attempt at such a project, so all advice and tips will be gratefully received.

I've booked it into a restoration bodyshop for November and have started the strip-out process. All the interior is out. It was very stinky, so needs a thorough clean.
I probably need complete new doors and door storage pockets - any suggestions?
