Viewed this today (as it was relatively local) Spoke to the garage owner who said the front apron was repainted as it was stone chipped but the rest was original and the car was near perfect.

Rotten sills, wings, misfiring, doesn`t hold boost, gear linkage goosed, rear arch full of filler and was overheating. Lovely. [:D]

Normally it's better to use the same colour as original if you repaint part of a car. As it is the sills on that one have clearly been done in the same nearly but not quite shade as the PU.

To be honest I just wanted a feel for a turbo as I was`informed it was mechanically `spot on`. I have a Cherokee Jeep that would outrun it so it obviously isn`t.

My god what an awful colour match [:'(] and photo's normally hide that sort of thing. The rear bumper and n/s rear diffusre look a different shade too. Don't think it will ever sell

I have a Cherokee and a 944 Turbo. The Cherokee is infinitely quicker [][&:]

What, through a muddy boulder strewn field?

Or down to the shops, or round a racetrack, or pretty much anywhere, really.

Engine is in but not fully connected, Tony. I want to sell it separately and ship the car.
