Just had my car detailed and really happy with the results.
Here is the car as it went to Clean Detail

First job was to give the car and the wheels a wash, After that the wheels were removed ready to delivery to Danum Powder Coating for a full Refurb and Powder Coat.
After that, It was time to clay the car, This is the clay after the first front wing (Drivers Side)

Then the car was washed again, Then masked ready for correction.

This is half way through correction on the front wing

and this was the results after the correction, but before the wax layers.

Again, this is the result of the rear wing after correction, But before the wax layers.

He then masked off a rear wing, so you can clearly see the before and afters on the same wing.

Now all I need to do is keep her that way.

Very nice work. It's amazing how taking off so little in terms of paint depth has such a great outcome.

How many layers of wax was applied?
Also, what did you use on the black trim at base of wiper stalks to clean them up?

(Is bonnet or bumper sitting right in second last pic, looks high on passenger side)

The guy at Clean Detail.com said he put on four layers of wax.

I'll ask what he used on the black trim and get back to you.

The bonnet is ok but the bumper needs refitting as it sits a bit forward on the right side, or is it backwards on the left side. Something I'm having looked at when it goes it for the next service.

Looks absolutely fantastic, but what were the costs like?[]

As he gave me a personal quote I suggest going to the website cleandetail.com will give you some idea, but if you're looking at having something done give him a call and he will give you a personal quote.

The wheels retailed at £240 for complete refurb, paint taken off, blasted, kerbing taken out and then powder coating. Think price is pretty good considering the size of the wheels.
