Been on here a couple of times before, months ago now. It's so shocking that absolutely nobody wants to buy it. What a crazy price. It's such a shame someone put so much effort in to create something so utterly tragic.
Exactly. Now if they'd started with a Ferrari and made a 944 replica that would have been a much more interesting toy []

Having said that, it is odd in that it is an early square-dash car without a roof - so will presumably have had a LOAD of work done on it.
The kit is also presumably a one-off (otherwise we would have seen more of them). So that would have taken quite a lot of work. And the wheels ... presumably a special order item as well (is it relevant that they seem to have 'AMG' stamped on the rim?)
It just seems a great shame that someone should spend so much time and effort on what is already a good car, trying to make it into another car. The end result must have cost more than selling the 944 and buying an F355, I'd have thought ...
