Just used em for a 12,000 service. Included was a full inspection and report, rear offside bearing and new thermostat. I have absolutely no issue with what they did and the cost was reasonable and all that was done was thorough.................HOWEVER.................. I wheel has additional scratches, there is a fine but non polish outable etc scratch on the bonnet and the car was absolutely covered in grubby handmarks, finger prints etc. It had been washed but washing alone doesnt get rid of greasy marks. The car isnt new so its difficult to argue that the damage wasnt there before but it is not far off being pristine/concours body wise so there arent many marks anyway apart from front end stone chips. Im not a complainer but I am annoyed. I feel that it if it was a 993 it wouldnt have been handed over to me in that state. Anyone else had the same issues with their car (not necessarily at JZM)?
