Kangaroo'ing

Hi. My car is exhibiting a kangaroo'ing or jerking sensation especially when I either slowly of completely lift off the throttle to slow down. It also does this sometimes when I accelerate. Is this an air flow meter issue or otherwise? Any information will be helpful as it does spoil the enjoyment.

Mark it can be a costly experience trying to find a fault like this, do you know someone near you that has a 3.2 you can change parts with just to track down the fault.
Check all the vacuum pipes, they do break down over time and all the electric conections clean them up
