keys locked in car by dog

Yes its true.!

I received a worried call from the missus today saying she had left the keys in her Mondeo and the doberman had pawed the door handle and locked herself inside the car with the keys ! [:(] That has got to be a first surely ?

It could only happen to the missus.....[&o] Of course its 20 miles away in the middle of nowhere 3 miles from the nearest house and pouring with rain.

I managed to prise the sunroof open 1" and get some coathanger wire hooked over the door handle but no matter how hard I pulled the door wouldn't open.
After an hour of farting about without sucess I then levered the top of the drivers door our sufficiently to get the wire in and hook out the keys from the ignition.[:D] zippadeeedooda.

I don't know who is the more dangerous now........ the missus or the flamin dog!

I suspect not - I can totally see it happening.

Could you not train the dog to drive home and bark for some spare keys?

Mans best friend eh !,
best way of ensuring that doesn't happen again is to get shut of both [;)]
I've been called out to cars a couple of times that the dog has managed to lock, maybe like myself they don't like shops much and would rather stay in the car anyway. Good work , persistance always pays sometimes:ROFLMAO:

I cant see a problem , it's a guarding breed , saw you had 'inadvertantly left the car insecure and so took immediate remedial action and secured your car for you.

Sounds like a top class guard dog to me [:D]

A bloke was pulled over on the M25 when a police officer noticed a large alsatian in the driving seat of his car. When asked what was going on, he said: "Officer, I'm not daft. I may let him drive, but he's never off the leash even for a second!"

Hmmm, I'll get me coat. [8|]
