If you need the immobiliser fob you should check what model you have, I have a Hamilton and Palmer one and they supplied a replacement for £42 inc VAT & shipping, all you need to do is call them with your immobiliser 5 digit code from which they can program the fob - turnaround was 48 hours for me but you have to catch them when the chap is there to do them and I think they said tuesday's & thursday's. Call 01732760022 or google their website.
(if you can't find the number in your paperwork then you can either find it on the side of the alarm ecu or take your existiing fob, assuming you didn't loose both, to an OPC and they may have the kit to read it - not all do though, luckily some old paper work of mine had the code noted)
