Hi Everyone

Our next Regional event is The Kimbolton Country Fayre and Classic car show on 18th July 2010. I am pleased to say John Broadbelt has again performed his 'magic' and handed me a number of reduced entry tickets (ie pay £5.00 per car on the gate)

I have a limited number of tickets remaining and these are offered on a first come first served basis. In order to obtain your ticket you have two options:-

3) I will take tickets to next Club night the 14th July where you can collect from me. Please e mail me to reserve your ticket.
4) Or send me a SAE and I will post them back, my address 7 Thatchers Wood,Longstanton,Cambridge,CB24 3BX.

Just a further couple of things worthy of note.

The organisers have stated the gate opening time as 0730 but expect all cars to be on stand by 1030.
Mr previous experience of this event is that many hundreds of cars attend and I would suggest your arrival between 0900 -0930 will not see you queing for to long. As ever if you wish to arriver earlier 'many hands make light work' and assistance with the erection of Gazebo's and Club stand area etc is as always much appreciated.
The organisers have also stated that show cars arriving after 11am will be charged the full admission price at the gate!

For those that may not have attend this event before this has become something of a 'al fresco' dining experience. Dave 'The Kettle' Simpson and his girls will provide Tea/ Coffee etc all day - however, the dining experience is down to you - please bring a dish of your choice which can be added/shared at the 'Banquet Table'
