Knock from offside rear suspension

When my car goes over a reasonable bump in the road there is a slight knocking noise from the offside rear suspension. Its been there for a little while and is not getting any worse. It occurs mainly on poor roads at low speed, I've never noticed it higher motorway speeds.

Overall the suspension, factory M030, seems to work fine with no vagueness whilst driving as might be expected with poor alignment and or worn bushings, any ideas
