Knockhill pics from last week

Good pictures Alan. Thanks for sharing them with us. Hopefully I'll be able to make the next track night.

I've noticed that there are only 42 pics instead of 63, so I'm going to take the album offline for a few minutes to sort it out.
Normal service will be resumed shortly!

Alan

photos are great, has Greig bribed you, with so many of his car .My son David wants to see some of his Civic Sport or was it that he was going so fast it was just a blur?

Cheers

Brian

Alan

Thanks a lot for the pics, I got three good ones, unlike the tyres after that evening!!!

Keep it up!

M

I cannot believe you are blaming the tyres big man.
You have experienced the future for your car go buy -- more power & sticky tyres

Mike

Spoke to Dunlop Motorsport, they do not make tyres for 245 width's and the tyres
on your car are not recommended for 9J rims!!

I can but only try!! Bring on the new SO'2 again I am afraid!!

A hot film kit, wayne's magic, new clutch and front disks with Perf Friction 97 pads, alternator,
are all on the to do list. As well as alts to the air intake box.

Have bought all the parts, sitting in the garage for a good weekends work!!

As well as a new towing eye !!! [:D]

Oh and all the interior is coming out to get re-covered!!

2No new 6.7 kg Cobra seats instead of the 50kg of slouch couch I have at the mo!!!

OK folks, sorry about the longer than expected delay in getting the pics sorted. They're on line now.

PS Yes Brian I do have pics of the Silver Bullet, but decided to leave out all the non-Porsche cars, but I can send you them if you like!

Nice pics alan, especially the ones when the sun was setting.

Might get you to bring a few round whern your here to see the wax wizard.

I have 9" rear rims and although it stretches the tyres a bit and stiffens the sidewalls they don't explode or anything.
I you wanna spend money and have no fears of tyres exploding the Mich Cup Sports are avail in 245/45/16 , I have 2 in my garage!!
The Michs are grippier than the Dunlops but way softer.
I'l race you when you are sorted

Mike

Late as usual, just fitted 2No SO2's last night!!

Might take them if the price is right!!

Do you want a bottle of that Speedy All Metal Polish?

See you on the 23rd!

Regards

Mark

I'll take the Speedy polish please , heard good reports about the stuff.
Good choice on the SO2s.
My Pilots Sport Cups are well worn and while Mega for track are no longer road legal ( unless you recut the treads) but if you fancy them call it £50 the pair -- yes only FIFTY pounds sterling!

Have to leave it Mike on the Tyres!!

Will bring down a bottle of the polish. £12, very good!

I might be selling my 17" Mille Milgia Cups, not sure yet!

Any takers for a set, spaced for a wide body carrera??

Gonna stick with the 16" Fuchs for the mo, especially after
polishing them again.......................

Just waiting on the Pagid Orange pads, then its the new clutch,
oil change, towing eye, antenna booster box and exchange the
unusually warped front disks out........... hhmm ................

FOC though, cant complain

Hi, can you please confirm what the width and offset are for the wheels and how much you want? A friend is looking for a set for his narrow boddied 3.2 Carrera.

Cheers
Malcolm
