Koni Inserts

Has anyone on here successfully bought / fitted the koni adjustable insert for the original Boge strut? Doing a search looks like a few people tried to get hold of them but failed. Seem to be cheaper than a new stock strut, and presumable better too? Will have to replace when funds allow, suggestion of a group buy over on Tipec.....

Hi Steve,

I think Jon Mitchell offers a service to upgrade the original struts with the Koni inserts, I haven't got his contact details here but I think you will find them elsewhere on the forum in the servicing or suppliers section. Bert may also have the inserts if you fancy doing the job yourself. I have seen a howto somewhere so if I can find it again will post it in this thread.

Hi Steve
I have struts on my S2 done by Jon Mitchell, fitted by me using Paragon inserts. Talk to Jon first as he has a bespoke strutinsert made by Koni which is a better rate than the Paragon ones I bought. Performance is good though no complaints
