KW trackday settings

Can any of you KW chaps tell me what settings you tend to run, assuming a dry Silverstone tomorrow? I have stupidly forgotten where mine used to be, and have been running them very soft on the road.
My only other suspension mods are poly bushes on the front arb, KLA arb brackets and strut brace.
I will probably just plump for a stiff-ish setting front and back, but if anyone can give me a starting point it would be appreciated. Dont want to spend all evening tomorrow fiddling rather than driving [:D]

Steve.
I used to run mine at,,,
Front.
Wind the adjuster ALL the way in,fully hard, then back it off half a turn.Thats for both top + bottom..
Then do the same for the rears..
only snag is your top adjuster [Rebound] is unreachable . BUT its better if its adjusted like the others as the rear rebound is very sensitive on 944/968,s...It stops all that transfer of weight to the front..
Trust me these settings worked GREAT on my S2 + 968...
Hope you enjoy....

thanks Dave. That's a big help. Hopefully I may have time to whip the rears off tomorrow to adjust the rebound, although that should be fairly close as I haven't changed that adjustment since the last trackday.

Sorry Dave, rude of me not to post sooner! The settings were certainly pretty close, thank you. I was getting quite a lot of understeer on initial turn-in. Once into the corner and exiting were pretty good. I didn't have time to remove the rears and adjust the rebound, so not sure what that is set to at the moment.
I don't think I can blame the car entirely for the initial understeer, I think the operator has to take some of the blame [;)]. I was having some success with trail braking, which really set the car up nicely for the entry. Unfortunately I had a bit of a moment when I was too late getting off the brakes, resulting in a high speed pirouette, the end of which Peter caught on his video, to his obvious amusement [:D].
So the next step should be some driver training to get the entry correct, combined with a search for a bit more front end grip - possibly 968 M030 ARBs may help there?
Thanks again Dave.

Trust me, The rear rebound is critical. + needs adjusting correctly. Im guessing you were getting understeer in the last corners , ie the complex... Almost everybody gets it there....

I was getting understeer at the complex, but was also getting a bit of US at the the "fast twisty bit" (Becketts I think?). Trail braking was very effective in countering the US at that point (until I overdid it). I guess this would suggest that the underlying problem is that I am trying to carry too much speed into the corners, so not really a car problem. That said, I would like the car to be a bit more "pointy" or keener to turn in, accepting that this would be at the expense of rear stability.

Before doing anything I obviously need to set the rear rebound correctly. With a bit of luck that may be causing some of the problem
