Hi,
there will be the usual 968 Lake District run on the 14th May 2006,

10:00 am - meet at Forton services
Drive up to The Inn on The Lake on Ullswater at Glennridding, this is a fantastic venue with tremendous views of Ullswater and the surrounding hills. Food prices are also reasonable. Parking is free for patrons. Lots of amenities within easy walking distance. We'll be here for a couple of hours.

Then a good run up to the A6 and then down through Shap.

Then finishing off at Rydal Mount for a glass of Wine, Hot Gingerbread and nibbles for £5, this includes a tour of the house and gardens and represents excellent value for money..
The day will finish around 5pm or later if you wish to linger.

Support the 968 register and come along.

Cheers,
Stuart.
