Hey chaps...
Just done some "tinkering" on the S2 ..
Ive fitted a new Lambda sensor on the exhaust downpipe...
I had heard somewhere that a new one could help to "smooth out " the idle speed of the car + also help with fuel consumption.....
The one i got was a direct replacement ,,[ From the USA," e-bay" ],,, NOT a universal "cut + shut job"..
All i can say is ,, IT WORKED.....[:D][:D][:D]
The car now is SMOOTH as a babys bum at idle [;)]
Cant report on the fuel cons yet as i aint done enough miles to work it out...but ill keep you informed....
 
Dave , sounds good its an option Ive considered - let us know how you get on.

And we should both change ' Sunny ' from our profile based on todays usual weather ( well its pouring it down in Preston )
