Evening people, wondering if anyone else has come up against this, got my engine warning light up which is showing both pre-cat sensor codes/ having replaced them before i know this isn't the issue , maybe thinking its the cats? anybody else had this issue ? thanks

What are the codes, and what version DME? If you are getting the P1123/5/6/8 lean/rich limit codes, it is most likely the MAF sensor.

p0134 factory fault code 10 - oxygen sensor ahead of catalytic converter ( cylinders 1 -3)

p0154 factory fault code 18 - oxygen sensor ahead of catalytic converter ( cylinders 4-6)

I'm assuming you have an S with DME7.2 (up to MY2003).

This is what the DME7.2 diagnostic manual says:

DTC No. P0134

Fault conditions:
Open circuit in signal wire or ground wire
Oxygen sensor heating not functioning
Output stage in DME control module faulty
Internal resistance too high

Fault area
"" Wiring harness
"" Oxygen sensor
"" DME control module

Because it is both sensors throwing the fault, I would start by checking the relay for the oxygen sensors, and then look for a fault in a common ground point or feed for the sensor heating circuits. If you want the diagnostic sheets, which show the wiring checks, send me an email and I'll attach them to a reply.

Edit: Also check fuse C2
