Lamest Feature - What's your Vote?

My vote for the lamest feature has to be the interior "ambient" lighting, which seems to consists of a handful of dimly lit LEDs in the mirror and door handles. It's pathetic; there's far more light given off by the sat nav or instrument panel, even full moon light is brighter. What is the point? I've seen it in Mercedes and BMWs where it bathes the interior of the car with light but a handful of 5p LEDs ain't going to cut it in my view.

Got to be the cup holders which clip into the air vents. Quite bizarre. I guess the designer was on recreational chemicals at the time

Cupholders ? Sad I know but I am really happy with mine, almost impressed[:-] when I was away a couple of years ago it was hot, I mean really hot, and we found that the aircon chilled our bottle of water a treat....sad but useful [:D]

Horn wins it for me..makes the car sound "cheap"

I found the lamest thing was the Porsche Warranty. £800 for "no cover" at all. Trust the slimey OPC to squirm out of every single fault. Apparently just driving it is sufficient to void the warranty!

Lamest feature is the CD storage - the 4 disc storage thingy below the stereo. Straight from the Fischer after market catalogue that would embarass your average mullet haired German white socked footie fan in his Opel Manta. This is paired with the lamest design feature which is a CD sized gap between said storage and said stereo which eats a CD, and then requires a 15 minute surgical procedure with a kitchen knife to extricate.

Don't want to be seen as hi-jacking this thread but!!!

Now I am confused Pete, I just ploughed through all the responses to the issues surrounding engine failures and RMS leaks and got the distinct impression that I would be better off to part with said 750-800 quid to have the warranty to cover such eventualities as against 12 grand for a new engine. Now you are saying that the warranty is lame? Care to expand upon your views before I part with the cash (My 2000 C4 is with OPC now having service and 111 point warranty inspection)
