..have left similar message on north west board but......recently got my first porker 944 lux '89 vintage and have sent appo off to PCGB. Was wondering...

is there a regular meet for lanc & cumbria? if so where?

am i best e-mailing regional secretary?

any shows or similar in this region where other porsche enthusiasts will be?

any advice or contact details would be greatly appeciated

Lancs & Cumbria Region Meetings are at Garstang Golf & Country Club, about 5 miles north of Preston, just off the A6 at Garstang. Directions can be found from R18 web page. We have a full calendar of events. If you would like one please e-mail direct on r18@porscheclubgb.com ,and I will send you a copy. Social meetings are held in teh north of the region at different venues each month also.

Our next meet is on Sunday 7th August at Woodvale Rally, Formby , Nr Southport. See www.woodvale-rally.org.uk. We have about 40 cars exhibiting. You are very welcome to join us. Please complete the application form in last months Porsche Post.

The following Sunday, 14th August is the North West Festival of Motoring at Wyreside Hall, Dolphinholme, Nr Lancaster. Details can be found on www.speedfestnorthwest.co.uk. Phone John Walker at Wyreside Hall for an entry form on 01524 791615 at this late stage.
