Larger footrest

I know that I shouldn't be taking it easy when I'm driving but what with a tiptronic gearbox in my 997tt, I do like to rest the left foot now and again. My problem is that my feet are (quite a bit) wider than average and the footrest in the car is quite narrow. Does anyone know if Porsche supply a wider footrest that is a) safe with the tiptronic pedal arrangement and b) won't prevent me getting a Porsche extended warranty on the car?
