What a brilliant turnout for last night's meeting! Sorry if we didn't get round all the new members for a chat but thank you for coming and we hope we will see you again soon and get to know you better. Going forward, we hope to be able to use a bigger room as we are getting a bit like sardines!
We were delighted to present a cheque for £700 to Peter, a representative of Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance. This donation was raised at the TOTEM event last year. Peter gave us a very interesting talk on the Air Ambulance which gave us a fascinating insight into the service and its development over the years. Thank you Peter.
Next month's meeting, April 3rd, will be a week after the clocks go forward and you all know what that means - "tyre kicking"!! our favourite pastime [
]. Let's hope we have decent weather so we can all stand around in the car park with a drink chatting to our like minded friends.
