Cheers G, let me know how you get on with accommodation.

Alan.

Yeah Greig, I can second that. Was right behing you in with L, watching the fireworks close up.
Sorry Gordon, for a couple of reasons cant make it this time round. Will be there next time.
Donald.

Just noticed that at Anglesey, Javelin run the GP track in the morning and The Coastal in the Afternoon.

As far as accomodation goes, should I look out my tent?

Alan.

never noticed that need to have a look ... make it a large continental [:D][:D] turbos checking out tonite going to call m later so ill post tm looks like travel lodge at Bangor ??? if nothing else is available cheers G

Worth looking at Premier Inn Bangor as well @ £39 per night which is cheaper than T Lodge , Premier Inn also has a restaurant rather than little chef and burger king at TL , seems to be availability just now as well [:)]

Any ideas of final numbers ? or should we just book

Cheers M

Sorry Guys not as good as I thought at Premier Inn - Tuesday night is £39 Wednesday is £90 [] thought it was too good to be true !

ok guys just been on talking to Stevie weve booked Premier Inn Bangor for tues eve and wed eve total £129 for 2nights works out at 32.50 each per night and safe parking as its a few mile from town +got eating place next door nb breakfast is extra its 20 miles from circuit ive looked at other places and had reserved rooms Driftwood which was 10mins from track @£35each per nightbut BUT by the time I got all ur replies she let it go to others on sun eve so P/inn looks the best unless u go to the cheapo travel lodge ill text u individually and u can fix out ur place of stay or whose sharing .... reckon Scott &Robin ....Alan & Michael ...Donald &Lindsay.... if he goes well greig &son if I get his Caterham engine +gearbox rebuilt in time that's my final say on this cheers G

meant to say book it direct on there site NOT trivago /booking .com as there more expensive weve tried it different ways cheers G

It's the Tuesday night we are staying over. Trackday on the Wednesday, so looks like that might suit.

Alan.

Stevie wants to stay wed eve as well as its a 5/6 hour drive home makes sense as we will have done 2 days stressed out let me know def on accommodation

Remember guys, when it's your first time at any track it's double/triple the mental drain, I'm not taking chances and having a further 6/7 hours to drive all the way home, would rather enjoy the day, short drive to hotel and be fresh to drive in the morning... Just a bit of advice, that's all!

Checked just now just incase it jumped up in cost, it's still the same price, 2 people sharing twin room for 2 nights at Premier Inn Bangor (just had refurb also) works out £129, making it £32.25 each... Btw, Premier Inn is night and day compared to a Travel Lodge

Thats a room booked at the PI Bangor. Single meantime, Im sure can be changed if required.
Donald.

HEY GRUMPS !
