Le Mans and Nurburgring 24hr Rennen

Hi all,
I am a R 23 newbie (i live in Peacehaven) and i was just wondering if any of you attend the afore mentioned events? I go every year to both of them for about a week and always have a great extra long weekend. Anyone else go?

Went to the Le Mans 24 hour for the first time this year, camping at the Village on the Curves in Beausejours, organised by Lycian Events - superb! Not doing the 24 hour next year, but hoping to do the Classic instead.
 
I think you'll be a bit dissapointed with the Classic if you loved the 24hr race proper Chris'. It's very dated in comparison, but horses for courses in hindsight. The Nurburgring 24hr knocks them both into cock hats imho. You should give it a go. No one else from Sussex go to either of these events then???
