I was thinking about going to this event this year 11th -13 th July are there any others out there interested in going as a group ,there are a few options, one is to fly over and hire a car,the other is via Chunnel taking our cars .
The accomadation varies from camping to chateau have to say I prefer the latter have been in touch with Tony Flint as he may be able to organize some thing but require action ASAP so with this in mind could you please post your interest now

If it is any help...

There are 40 or 50 early Porsche cars going from DDK and at least 3 will be leaving from Scotland to meet up and make the trip via various ferries, tunnel etc. We are all camping as there wasn't a chateaux big enough to take us all[:D]
Let me know if you if you are thinking of driving there.

Regards
Mike

brian,

have done the tony thing at the chateau 2006,,, good but not cheap and he had not hospitatilty tent at the circuit,

well all thought that a tent with some cold drinks etc would have been really good,, even just as a base for meeting up with people at the circuit, but the meals at night, barbies etc were excellent !

i'm looking at doing it at the moment with some of the guys,, will let you know what happens....

superfast also do a really good deal on the 3 nights abroad on the ferry,, but limited places

cheers
scott.

Also looking at doing it! Will probably camp! If I am feeling brave I might even take my 7 year old!
