Le Mans. Head lamp conversion for LH driving

I did it once about 8 years ago on an early 993, it was just a case of poping the lamp unit out (very easy, just flip the lever inside the luggage compartment) and moving a switch inside the back of the reflector. It was all in the owners manual if I remember correctly.
Good luck!

My car is LHD and I use the same lever to flatten the beam for use in the UK. The levers seem to refuse to stay in situ so I use a small cable tie to hold them. When I go to the continent I flip the cable tie off and when I return it goes back on. No tools required, just somewhat nimble fingers.

Approx £0.01p of insulating tape & 2 minutes work

word of caution for those flicking across the level........

if you do this after the headlamps have been on for a while the actual lever will be quite hot so be careful !
