le-mans thieves

hi all

had a great trip to le-mans convoy of 8 cars weather was great-race was great
unfortunatley some b*****d decided to steal the vent on the back wing of my 997tt turbo intake whilst parked at porsche camp site-cost to replace £308.00+£150 to paint -but hey i wouldnt let that thieving b*****D spoil my time at le-mans

i suspect you are correct[:mad:]same thing happened to one of my sons micra hubcaps-nicked from the drive presumably to order(sad b******ds!)wont cost the above to replace tho i guess[:D]
 
What an unfortunate end to what should be a fantastic experience.

No point in complaining to the police in France - they would take far less interest than the police here and are far less competent!

Just enjoy the racing and the memories of the 24 hours.

PS how much do you think it will cost me to get a 997 Turbo vent resprayed to Meteor grey?

i thought you where to inebriated at le-mans and mistook the vent off the fan in the shower room for a turbo vent[:D][:D][:D]now that only comes in white
