Just contemplating Le Mans this year. Checked Club package deal but confused. deal quotes well over £200 for ferry Dover to Calais which i know is steep. Checked out going out 12 June & return on 15 June website says £95. Anyone comment on whether this is rip off, seems steep for campsite for a few sq metres on some grass as well. perhaps i am getting cynical!!

Hi there, new member on this site as swapped Westfield Seight for MY00 3.2 S and chuffed to bits!

Where do you live? Portsmouth to Le Havre £79 rtn with LD Lines. Overnight on Friday night, ferry gets in Sat about 7am. Rtn Ferry sets off from Le Havre Sun 7pm ish and back home in Oxford by Midnight. Top fun and much cheaper.

Sorted out camping last minute in Blue Sud last year for £40 (beer is a good bargaining tool) and got last minute race tickets too (£45 each ish).

Hope this may help.
