Leak in the boot

I've recently left my S2 cab out in the rain and I've noticed that it's wet under the carpet at the front of the boot. I haven't driven in the rain so I'm sure its coming in from above rather than underneath but I cant see where. The seals around the boot lid all look OK. Anyone got any ideas?
 
Absolutely. Was it parked nose-down by any chance?[FONT=verdana,geneva"] [FONT=verdana,geneva"]There are 2 rubber bungs in the front corners of the boot which don't seal very well. You can replace them with some that have a drain out to the bottom of the wells behind the wheels if you get a pair of 964 front luggage compartment bungs from an OPC plus a length of fuel pipe or similar.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]
