leaking coolant, AGAIN !!

I have just completed my first radiator replacement after 5hours grafting. Found the job not to bad just a few little awkward bits but generally most enjoyable. That was until the driveway was again covered with a rather nice pink coolant. Now I'm sure its not the radiator or any of pipes from there as when I looked under the car ( sorry about the rather vague description about to come ) there is a very small pipe approx 3-5mm sitting towards the back of the belly pan passenger side which was gushing it out, nothing from the radiator or hoses connected to it.
Now I appreciate this is a poor description but any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the expansion tank overflow pipe (connected to the filler neck), is the cap fitted correctly and in good condition?

As far as I can see the cap is fine but when I filled the system with the reccommended level is was quite a way above the max level in the tank but I assumed this would be the correct way to refil and It would lower as the engine got warmer and started circulating the coolant. So it could just be the level was too high, GREAT!!!

You may have air trapped in the system as well it is easier to bleed it with the car pointing up hill and the heater on full hot, bleed screw is somewhere near front of the engine / top hose, It is unlikely you fully drained it, so it would have been overfull and that is where it would exit.
