Leaking RMS ..

I am fairly new to the 996 having have several other 911's, 951 and a 968 and have seen a number of posts recently regarding the RMS issue.

My car is a 98/R Tiptronic with 92,000 miles and, after a great Track day at Brands on the 27th August, the RMS has developed a significant leak that is actually dripping.

Porsche East London said they do not entertain good will claims after 5 years but I have just spoken to Porsche Cars and they said they do not have a 5 year limit [>:]

Has anyone had experience of a good will claim on a similar age/milage car?
