Leather Connolising / scratch repairs

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a trimmer etc in the SE area who specialises in leather connolisation and treatments since my 911 (grey interior) is showing wear on the drivers right seat bolster and I am sure it would benefit from a leather cleaning/nutrition treatment to bring it back to near original condition? Any idea of what I might be charged considering bolster is fine and it is deep surface scratching on leather (no rips).

Specifically has anyone dealt with clean image - they seem to do leather interior repairs and scratch repairs - someone who can do both leather repairs plus fix minor bodywork scratches would be ideal.

Thanks,

You can try a Company called A.D. Coachworks. They are in North London, N18 and they do all types of bodywork and Interior work. Highly recommended.

If you decide to go down the DIY route, I can recommend www.furnitureclinic.co.uk .
They do a full kit and even include an airbrush. I have done both front seats on my 98 C2 and I am very impressed with the results. It was very easy to do. They will match the colour if you supply them with a small sample. The whole kit cost me about £60.00 and was worth every penny!

Try Paul Tregunno at Leather Craftsman. There was an article a little while back in 911 and PW. Have used him on many occasions, good workmanship and good value. Based in Essex 15 mins from Dartford Tunnel. PM me if you need his number
