Leather scuffs -how to mask/repair?

I'm noticing an increasing number of scuffs and scratches on my (met blue) leather, too many now to try and ignore.

Anyone know of any products or methods available to hide them?

I had full Metropole Blue leather in my 986S; it showed signs of wear on the seat base wing on the driver's side, where I'd rubbed it getting into the car. I found that Clarks shoe shops stock a coloured leather renovating cream with a sponge aplicator that is the perfect match! I think that it was called Navy. Rubbed it on, left it for a few minutes then buffed it away. Perfect match and I didn't need to do it more than once!

Gliptone Scuffmaster dye is the best stuff for scuffed leather, it really is amazing i've used it twice, then use Gliptone Leather feeder on top to keep it supple.

I can't find any reference to 'scuffmaster dye' on this site - has it been discontinued perhaps?

I asked Gliptone for Metropole Blue products and they could not supply them readily; I was asked to supply a piece of the leather and they would match the colour! Hence the Clarks' solution - which worked cheaply, easily, quickly and effectively!

Sorry i should of also wrote www.liquidleather.com

to help your leather last longer clean and feed every three months or so. this will help keep the leather suple which in turn helps stop it cracking/creasing. also (andd possable a little sad) make sure you don't wear anything that will scratch the leather..eg jeans with zip pockets or studs

I have been regularly using cleaner/conditioner wipes (not sure how good these are compared to liquids/creams though) however I know what the problem is, and it's not being cause by clothing.

I've been cramming far too much gear associated with my other hobby into the back, passenger side footwell and seat and being < careful getting it in and out.
It surprises some people how much clobber you can fit into a 996!

What I really need is a bigger car...but they haven't made a 4 door 911........ yet![8|]

I've just checked, the product that I used to treat the scuffs in my Metropole Blue leather was 'Clarks shumagic' in navy.
