LED Indicators Fitted to 987 (or 997)

I just posted the following on the Boxster forum, these LED indicators will fit the 997 as well:

After following Guvs thread on his car I found a direct source for the LED indicators he used on his post here:

I got mine direct from Taiwan, I ordered them and paid via PayPal last Friday, they arrived with me yesterday - 4 days from Taiwan.
They cost me $110 delivered, so just under £80 for the pair.
I have asked the company that I got them from if they would honour the $110 price for others on the forum, they are happy to for 30 days.

Ask them to mark the package as a 'gift' they will put a value of $10 on the package, then there are no taxes to pay!

(Amber light) E-mark approval

Obviously you need the amber ones, these are 'E' marked

Here's some pics of the lamps and on my car: -

Note: If you get these they need to be plugged into the cars connector the correct way round, if they don't work, re-connect the other way around.

I presume you mean (or 997)!

What the benefit over the the standard indicators, for $110?

Indeed - yes 997 - I've changed it now, whoops!

No real advantage apart from look nice and are brighter and it gave me am excuse to spend some money.......
