I have just posted the following on the boxa.net forum and thought it would be of interest to this forum as well

After following Guvs thread on his car I found a direct source for the LED indicators he used on his post here:

I got mine direct from Taiwan, I ordered them and paid via PayPal last Friday, they arrived with me yesterday - 4 days from Taiwan.
They cost me $110 delivered, so just under £80 for the pair.
I have asked the company that I got them from if they would honour the $110 price for others on the forum, they are happy to for 30 days.
The contact e mail is: -&nbsp Cathy@hs-parts.com
Ask them to mark the package as a 'gift' they will put a value of $10 on the package, then there are no taxes to pay!
Here is the part you need: -

(Amber light) E-mark approval

Obviously you need the amber ones, these are 'E' marked

Here's some pics of the lamps and on my car: -

Note: If you get these they need to be plugged into the cars connector the correct way round, if they don't work, re-connect the other way around.

I've just replaced the front and rear bulbs of my 986 to Cree indicators. Far brighter than standard SMD bulbs, and brighter than the standard halogen ones in fact. Takes years off the car. You need to add some resistors into the wiring but it's a 10 minute job, and I know very little about electronics!
