LED Number Plate lights

Bit anal I know, but I have just changed the number plate bulbs on my 911 Carrera 2 to the LED type (£8 apiece from Autobulb direct [:-]), but they do light the rear plate up in a nice bright, white light!

They are polarity conscious and they need to be orientated correctly so they are shining down, but they do look impressive.

Not sure, but I think the car has to be the series 2 with the LED tailights on a CAM Bus?? or something.
 
Yep its the 1w numberplate lights for me! LED interior lights are nice and bright though!

Yes, Cambus or it brings on the fault light.
I've done mine on the front sidelights (an article in the tech area if interested) but have to agree with Clive on the number plate lights [;)]

Number plate lights , really we should'nt even need number plates, "honestly Officer they were both on this morning when I left the house "[8|]
 
if you like them keep them in , just pulling your leg , we all know we need to have them by law aswell and we are all law abiding citizens [:D]
