Left Hand Drive Car Company

Hi All, Just posting a heads-up .
I`ve been checking all the usual sources for a left hooker 964 for the past few months and have noticed on E-bay classified ads from the above company: I`ve never contacted them as their prices are somewhat ahead of the market. however in Saturdays` money supplement in the " Guardian " there`s a piece in the Capital Letters consumer rights column about the above mentioned company regarding someone buying an Audi from them last october for November delivery. no car was delivered, he was offered a refund , but that has not materialised either. The newspaper made further enquiries and found the company is owned by two brothers Richard and David Loach who were banned from being directors in 2000 for a period of 13 years relating to charges of not supplying cars, failing to account to customers who had given them cars to sell, trading whilst insolvent , lying about a bank account in Malta and failure to keep records.
So obviously don`t go near anything advertised by the LHD Car Co. I would imagine that E-bay are unaware of this.

PS just been on E-bay and they`ve 8 various 911s advertised currently.

This sort of information is good to know. I think with ebay you can report dodgy sellers though. Maybe a quick email to ebay is worth while?
