For those that aren't aware we are planning a trip to Lemans for this years classic. Its held on the weekend of 12th/13th of July. Plan is to head off on the Wednesday night after that months meeting on the 9th, ferry across on the thursday morning and then heading back on the Monday morning, and inbetween, camping of course [:D].

So far its Ashley Wayman and myself and our co-pilots, so come on it will be great......... I promise!!

I'm making the end of March the dead line to get the ferry crossing and camping sorted so get your name on here if your interested (Dave Ferguson and Ian Crosskell where are you???) and I will be in touch.

Classic Porsches at full pelt on the most iconic race track in the world, whats stopping you, come on [:D][:D][:D]

It would be good if we could get some others to join us, last year for the 24 heures du Mans was fantastic despite the awful weather.

lets get a north East convoy started.

On the subject of camping we went last year to the regular Le mans and camped at Beausejour which we booked through a second party. Quite happy with the camping as I believe its part of the experience but I remember when we arrived it looked as if you could go to a ticket office near the entrance to the site and just buy your camp tickets there, does anyone know if this is the case for the classic?
