I bought a rough-round-the-edges LHD 911SC last year. I paid sod all (in Porsche terms, at least) for it and I'm damned if I'm going to spend a fortune renovating it. I just want it to be sound and look presentable. It is bog basic, so as light as they come. I am trying to make it even lighter without spending daft amounts on new body parts and exotic materials. However, lexan or polycarbonate side windows and rear windscreen sound like a good idea, but I haven't a clue how much they cost or where to get them. Likewise those flush fitting door mirrors (see eg. 911 & Porsche World Jan 2004 pp.24-31). Can anybody out there assist?
