When you have the unit out remove the four screws that hold the back cover on. When removed you will be able to see the lever that is flipped to switch it to LHD - it's down inside on the front face and you need a reasonable length screwdriver.
Replace the cover and refit unit to car as per the video. Repeat for the other side. All this should be in the owners manual anyway.
Word of caution - with the bi-xenon lights be careful to not touch any wires with your fingers. There may be a very large residual voltage (the cover should have warning stickers on it!!
