Andy nice looking CS what was the mileage and what do you think of the drive compared to the "S" ... Rob

I am familair with Rain-X & have used it on previous cars with varying degrees of success. Will get some more, but any chance of a reply to my question of a fix for the wipers lifting.
The drivers side wiper is the worst, starting to lift at speeds of 80mph ish.

Thanks

Hi Andy - I have no problems with lifting wipers at any speed.... have you the original single spring wiper arms or double spring versions ?

Steve

Rain - x great on modern cars, and people are amazed when you fly past in the pouring rain at "70" with no wipers.

I've found not so good on cars with a steep windscreen (rake?)

Try Rain-X (available in Halfords these days!)

It really works - you don't need the wipers at speed.

Nicola,
I've found the same, it was great on the 944 with a nicely raked screen but no where near as good on the 3.2 .

OK

Belt & braces approach taken. Double spring wiper arms ordered & Rain-X procured for application at the weekend.

Sorry Melv - No interest in driving slower.

Andy
