light switch/central locking

Hi Everyone
Here are a couple of things I need some help with.
1. How do you get the light switch out? Mine needs some maintenance as it has become rather graunchy.
2. My central locking fob only locks and unlocks the passenger door, I have to lock the drivers door with the key. Any thoughts on that?
All advice will be gratefully received.

its probly your drivers door solonide packed up, its always the drivers side one that seems to fail.its an easy thing to change once you got the door panel off :)
 
you need a new door motor mine went on passenger side just been done ,
the new one is a 928 motor how strange.

Would still like to hear from anyone who has had their light switch out.
