Sorry if this has been covered before.

Any advice on upgrading the bulbs to Xenon, or Phillips Vision plus - worth it?

Phillips Vision Plus / Osram Silverstar a very worthwhile and cheap upgrade (I've got the Phillips but believe that the Osrams are a bit better still). Benefit of full Xenons is clear but personally I don't think the cost justifies it at the moment - just eat more carrots !
