Lights/Relay

Can anyone assist me with a slight problem. Last night the pop up lights on my car would not go all the way up, but when switched off they came right up and dropped down properly! There is a clicking from the fuse box/relays, but i cant work out which one it is. I have a Haynes manual but that is unclear....any ideas?
This is an intermittent problem, if it is the relay any tips on where to get one from?

Thanks in anticipation

just a couple of weeks ago some thing similiar happened to me, but after a very short trip my switch jammed solid and decided it wanted to try and set on fire. After i got it back home i could remove the switch and replace and all has been fine since then. So for me it was the switch itself that was at fault, this might be the same for you ?

Mark,
If you find out the relay number I am just scrapping a 924, would can have the relay for the price of the postage (and a donation to Cancer Research).
Email me off topic with address and part number.
Cheers,

Thanks for this everyone, I will be having a look this weekend....I will report back!

Have a good Easter break

Hello again!

I have solved the problem thanks to 924Nutter. I found the relay under the rubber cover which is under the bonnet, I then found that the small electrical connector next to the relay had worked loose. Having put it back all is fine. The relay under the glovebox which is 'clicking' is the fuel pump relay, but it still works!!
I have spent this afternoon giving her the zymol treatment, and checking every so often that the lights still pop up!!

Thanks again everyone for your help.
