I am trying to switch the lights over on my 993. The unit pops out easily enought, but the lever on the back is very stiff and wont move to the alternate position. Has anyone else had this problem or am i missing the bleeding obvious??
 
Still no joy on this. I can slide the light control to the second position, but it simply pops back. I think the mechanism must be jammed but am afraid to take the unit apart
 
I have got around this by cable tying the slider - it points the lights in the right way. It looks like there should be a retaining clip to keep the slights moved over
